These terms of use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between Coffee Manufactory, Inc and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Coffee Manufactory") and you, the User (“User”) and describe the rules and conditions by which you may use any website, Facebook site, mobile app, or other social media channel owned and/or operated by Coffee Manufactory now or in the future including without limitation, http://www.coffeemanufactory.com/ and any other site, mobile application or online service where these Terms are posted (collectively, the "Sites").

ACCESSING OR USING ANY OF THE SITES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, AS SUCH MAY BE REVISED BY COFFEE MANUFACTORY FROM TIME TO TIME, AND CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER ("USER") AND COFFEE MANUFACTORY. IF USER DOES NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, USER SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITES. THESE TERMS CONTAIN DISCLAIMERS AND OTHER PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO USER. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Coffee Manufactory for products, services or otherwise. In the event there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and any other terms of use that appear on the Sites, these Terms will govern. However, if you navigate away from the Sites to a third-party site, you may be subject to alternative terms and conditions of use, as may be specified on such site, which will govern your use of that site.
While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information about Coffee Manufactory on the Sites, you should not assume that the information is always up to date or that the Sites contain all the relevant information available about Coffee Manufactory. These terms include an Arbitration provision that governs any disputes between you and us. Unless you opt out, as described below, this provision will: • Eliminate your right to a trial by jury; and • Substantially affect your rights, including preventing you from bringing, joining or participating in class or consolidated proceedings. Eligibility

If a User signs up for a Coffee Manufactory account, they are opted in to receive promotional emails. Users may opt out at signup or later via unsubscribe links.
Fraud Prevention
Coffee Manufactory reserves the right to request further information to investigate fraud and may place orders on hold. All decisions are final.
Auto-Delivery
Auto-Delivery allows recurring shipments. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges and agree that Coffee Manufactory may store and update your payment details for billing purposes.
Copyright, Trademarks, and User License
All Site Materials are owned by Coffee Manufactory or its licensors and are protected by law. Coffee Manufactory trademarks and logos may not be used without permission.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Acceptable Usage
Users may not:
harass, abuse, or violate rights
engage in unlawful or deceptive conduct
use bots, scraping tools, or unauthorized tech
introduce malicious code
access systems without authorization
impersonate others
Coffee Manufactory may terminate access or take legal action for violations.
Submission of Ideas
Any ideas submitted to Coffee Manufactory are:
voluntary
non-confidential
free for unrestricted use
By submitting, you grant Coffee Manufactory a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use them.
Links to Sites
Coffee Manufactory may link to third-party sites but is not responsible for their content or policies.
Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Coffee Manufactory and its affiliates from claims arising from misuse of the Sites.
Warranties; Disclaimers
THE SITES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” COFFEE MANUFACTORY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
No Liability
COFFEE MANUFACTORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
indirect or consequential damages
loss of data or profits
inability to use the Sites
User’s sole remedy is to stop using the Sites.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Jurisdiction: Las Vegas. Nevada.
Termination
Coffee Manufactory may terminate access at any time without notice.
Changes
Coffee Manufactory may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
